Do you have a young artist or perhaps a superhero in the household? In our comic book class, students will learn the basics of comic writing. They will then create their very own comic books.

Make a Movie

Does your child love movies? In this class, students will learn how writers tell stories on the big screen. They will then write screenplays, film their movies, and celebrate it all with a class film festival.

Make Them Laugh: Comedy Writing and Performance

Do you have a child who enjoys being the class clown? Do you have a child who just enjoys a good laugh? In this class, students will learn about different kinds of comedy writing and some tools to make their writing funny. They will then craft jokes and stories sure to entertain the entire family.

This class puts the “play” in wordplay. A class for a budding young wordsmith or really any child that enjoys playing games. Students will learn different kinds of poetry and poetic devices through games and other activities. They will also write their own poems.
